Attraction = Authentic
Infatuation = Enchantment of ordinary world
Communion = Contact of souls, basis of trust
Intimacy = creative energy, uniting into one
Surrender + Non-Attachment = relinquish ego, there is no separation, the miracle outside the self
Passion = elevated reality in life and in love
Ecstasy = original state of creation, spirit that flows through love

The 10 keys to happiness

1. Listen to your body's wisdom which expresses comfort and discomfort and follow its lead
2. Live in the present. Keep attention on the here and now.
3. Take time to be silent, to meditate. Pay attention to intuition instead of allowing self to be guided or reacting to external stimulus.
4. Relinquish the need for external approval. Discover your infinite inner worth.
5. Recognize and release the struggles with others and instead focus on healing yourself.
6. Know that your reality "out there" reflects your reality "in here". Use the mirror of relationships to guide your evolution.
7. Shed the burden of judgement - imposing right or wrong on something that simply IS. Everything can be understood and forgiven - but judging shuts down the process of learning to love. Self-love and self-acceptance are increased through forgiveness.
8. Don't contaminate your body with toxins (food, drink, emotions). The health of every cell directly contributes to your state of well-being.
9. Replace fear motivated behaviour with love motivated behaviour. Fear is a product of memory - which lives in the past. Love is part of you - find security in yourself and nothing can hurt you.
10. We are all connected - live in balance and purity.
