The 12 Laws of the Universe

1) The Law of Divine Oneness
We are all interconnected parts of a universe in motion.

2) The Law of Vibration
We all resonate at frequencies that move in circles (what goes around comes around).

3) The Law of Action
We must engage in actions that support our thoughts, feelings, dreams, and words in order to manifest external results.

4) The Law of Correspondence
The macrocosm reflects the microcosm. Our inner world is reflected externally - we are responsible for our lives.

5) The Law of Cause and Effect
Every action has a reaction - nothing is by chance.

6) The Law of Compensation
We are compensated in measure to the direct and indirect actions carried out in our lives.

7) The Law of Attraction
We create the people, events and things that come into our lives. Like attracts like. You attract what you are and do - not what you want.

8) The Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy
We all have power within us to change any condition in our lives that we are not happy with. Positive energy can absorb and transform negative energy.

9) The Law of Relativity
Each person will receive series of situations or problems for the purpose of strengthening the 'inner light' within us. We must keep things in perspective, and find solutions from within.

10) The Law of Polarity
Everything is on a continuum and has an opposite. We must recognize and see the differences in order to appreciate the value of things.

11) The Law of Rhythm
Everything vibrates and moves to a certain rhythm, which establishes cycles, seasons, patterns, and stages of development. Each cycle is a reflection of the regularity of God's universe. To master each rhythm, you must rise above any negative part of the cycle.

12) The Law of Gender
As spiritual beings, we must ensure that there is a balance between the masculine and feminine energies within us in order for us to become true co-creators with God.

When you get stuck

Sometimes you can get stuck in a relationship: You're in a constant state of trigger (fight/ flight/ freeze) instead of feeling intimately connected You've become two old stories instead of two open hearts You're scared or angry most of the time instead of feeling free and authentic It's heavy and complicated instead of light and playful  There is more effort placed on control and strategy than growth and gratitude You are there because of a commitment, because you feel you “should”, not because you want to be.  What can you do? You basically have 3 options: 1. Stay . Continue the slow, painful process of losing yourself in order to keep the relationship. 2. Let it go . Sacrifice your relationship to save your soul. 3. Change . You both have to be willing and capable of growing together. The goal here is to see if you can get back to love without sacrificing your authentic selves in the process. To do this, you must remove the idea of promises, attachment...

Courage is not the absence of fear

"Everything you've ever wanted is on the other side of fear." -George Addair Wholeheartedly believe this. We have two choices in life: be led by fear, or lead with love and courage, trusting that things will unfold and work out just as they should. Maybe not how you planned, but always for the best. Fears will never disappear. But when you make peace with your fears, possibilities will appear. The next time you feel fear, just take the superhero stance! (And do some yoga to quiet the mind.)

Dream

Would you mind dreaming with me a little while longer Because I'm not finished with you yet You tell me not to remember But I don't want to forget It may not be perfect, nor am I, neither are you But you bring me something I can hold on to It helps me surrender It helps me advance And most of all, you already know, It makes my soul dance.
